I wanted to say that the Bama game was embarrassing in typical Richt fashion but here is some stats after a terrible loss.

2008 after the Blowout loss to Bama- beat Tennessee 26-14.

2012 after the "Sandstorm" massacre against South Carolina- beat Kentucky 29-24.

2014 after the blowout in Jacksonville against Florida- beat Kentucky 63-31.

Richt does his best work coming off terrible losses and his back against the wall. The Dawgs will come out fighting or lay down against the Vols?

I said this in another thread, the Vols are demoralized and if we don't go into Knox and take a huge shite on right on Butch's face, it's back to our annual Florida bowl.

UGA/CMR wins the majority of the games they play regardless of what game they're coming off of.

Two of your examples are an SEC bottom-feeder and the other is UT which has not broken 23 in the AP over the last 6 years. We didn't win those games because we came off a loss. We won those games because those teams suck and we did not.

This. If we had to come out and play an Alabama again next week the same result would probably happen. Doesn't matter if we were coming off a loss or not. The truth is in todays game you almost have to have a good QB to win against great teams. We do not have that. We fooled ourselves into believing we had that. Not having that either is or is not on Richt depending on how you want to look at it. Richt did recruit Ramsey but how was he supposed to know he would suck balls? We can all just hope Eason is not a bust and our defense and run game is as good as it is now when he is ready. It's all about timing.

Exactly. But don't worry, there are some on here who will find a way to blame Richt on how bad our QB situation is, no?

Because he played in a wing-t offense and threw 8 passes per game in high school.

2 of the 3 games you mention were poor performances. Not a good sign.
