Question on McGarity and the selection.

Ears and Urban detested each other while both were at Florida to the point the McGarity cancelled the UGA vs OSU game when he took over the AD slot after panty boy was fired.

Would this come into play and eliminate any disciple of Urban's from coming in like Charlie and or Dan among the top choices coming into my mind at the moment?
