Good list. Other sites claim Simms as the 6th man this season, and have him ahead of Cleveland at guard going into next year. But things can change in the spring and summer.

I'd watch out for Jarvis Wilson at SS to step up.

I think Cleveland turns a corner this offseason and takes over with his size, strength, and upside. Sims will probably remain that 6th man up; could conceivably put him as the backup at either guard spot ahead of Kindley or Johnson

Jarvis is a possibility, for sure. I think of all the starting spots, SS is going to be the hardest to peg down until we get through spring practice

Sims will start somewhere on the line.

I think it's a safe default to put him at guard over Cleveland but I'm going to hold out some hope for Ben

I haven't read much about Reed during the season. All I know is what I read when he transferred.
Is your gut intuition on some new info? Or just the ability that was discussed when he joined the team.

That defense, especially the front 7, could be very fun to watch

I don't know if the term "starter" means much on the DL.
But I would guess that Atkins gets more official starts than Rochester. For whatever reason, he seems to draw more double-teams.

I think given the position, Reed's size, and his experience, he would be my pick. Of course, I think Roundtree or Wilson could have just as good a shot at it but Reed has the same size and build as Greg Blue

I think William Poole III will be a really good one. He is underrated IMO. I don't think he will play much Defense next year but by the time he leaves he will be well known.

I probably wouldnt change a thing when it comes to the starters, but I think Ramsey will be the backup so Fromm can get a redshirt in.
Also, anyone else think that Blazevich could transfer? We know Eason loves Nauta, and he will start, but it looked like Woerner had a better rep with Eason as well, and will probably only get better. Blaze might want to go somewhere else in his last year so he can play.

Highly doubt Blaze would transfer, he starts and plays a ton here and has for 3 years.
Also have heard nothing about Reed, a guy who played corner and didn't get on the field much at Tulsa. Would be pleasantly surprised if he is good enough to see the field at all. Could see Lecounte playing the Star position next year.

Not a chance. I think he's, what, a year away from graduating from Terry College and he sees a lot of PT. Probably not going to play much in the NFL but he has certainly made the most of his opportunity here; if anything, it sucks that he has had to suffer through so many OC and QB changes and basically be used as a glorified blocker

Sheesh.....still no WRs who can catch (outside maybe Ridley)? Ugh.....

Wims looked solid as things progressed. Godwin needs to live up to his billing. I think Holloman, Webb, Blount, or Simmons could see some solid minutes, too.

We need somebody, that's for sure. I have to feel like if Wims hasn't really broken through in three years, there's no reason to think he's going to be leaps and bounds better next year.

Wasn't this Wims' 1st year at UGA?

I think Wims showed a lot of improvement this year. Barely played first few games and became a trusted option for Eason and had quite a few targets the last few games.
Had a great deep ball against Auburn and really blocked well on the perimeter yesterday, helped bounce a few of those 4th quarter runs. I think a full offseason going into his second year in Athens that he can really improve.
