PFL - League News & Announcements 9/25/2015

As most of you know, we have a few that have failed to submit any picks since the beginning of the season. I'm not talking about the ones who simple slipped up and forgot to get them in one week ... I'm referring to the ones that have not submitted any picks for 3 consecutive weeks. I'll refer to them as No Shows. This is getting to be a little annoying; and it takes away some of the fun from those that do submit their picks and have the unfortunate luck to be matched up against a No Show. I did make an appeal to any GSB member that if any wanted to take those spots to simple indicate as such. Nobody gave such indication.

So ... I came up with an idea to possible rectify this problem. Any member who hasn't submitted any picks for 2 or more consecutive weeks will have their spot in the PFL filled by what I'm calling an LGP (League Generated Player). These LGPs will have their picks chosen by a few personal friends of mine, and submitted on their behalf by me. This is being done to maintain the original competitive intent of the Head to Head Match-Ups. I'm sure you guys are getting tired of submitting your picks, only to discover on GameDay that your opponent is a No Show. This process will start with next week's Match-Ups.

Now, if any No Show decides that they wish for their membership in the PFL to be reinstated, they may do so by request, and then it will be up to the Commissioner of their conference to approve the reinstatement. The CC may also impose stipulations to that reinstatement. Any proposed stipulations by the CC must be approved by the League Commissioner ... in other words ... by me.
