I've only had two dogs that I've named myself. A basset hound named Avery and a schnauzer named Battier.
I rescued a wiener dog that was named Auggie, and the dog I have now is named Abigail. My ex named her.

My female Black Lab is named "Scout" as in Scout Finch from To Kill a Mockingbird.
