Given that it's the last weekend for 'the Ted' I thought it'd be neat to hear everyone's best and or most memorable experiences there.

I would say the best (and also worst) one that comes to mind, for me, while I was in attendance was one of Bobby's last games. Playoffs against the Giants, I think it was the game after Brooks Conrad made 3 errors. Hudson gave up a run early, and the braves were getting no-hit through 5-6. Hudson actually had the first hit to break up the no-no. Bottom of the 8th rolls around, guy on base, and they bring in Hinske to pinch hit. Smacks a 2 run shot just over the right field wall, and I've never heard the stadium so loud. I was one of the last rows in the 400's right behind home plate. The whole stadium was shaking. It was unreal. To end up losing that game in the 9th was a heartbreaker. But I'll never forget that 8th inning

Witnessed Cal Ripkin's 2 home run farewell tour game

Best memories will be from the Atlanta-Fulton County stadium/the parking lot.... Otis Nixon's catch & when the Braves rallied late to beat the Dodger's w/ Bob Watson's homer

I was also at that game. After that Hinske homer, the Ted was just as loud as any football stadium I've ever attended.

Getting shitfaced and heckling Daryl Strawberry about crack use for 2 days in a row and making him smile by the second day. I think that was the old old stadium tho.

I've only been to the Ted a few times but the last time I went Tim Hudson pitched a 1 hit shutout and I believe it was vs the Giants.

Will miss this for sure

I dint have a very vivid memory of the games but some cool ones I went to...Brian Jordan walk off grand slam (don't even remember who we were playing, wanna say Diamondbacks). A game we won when heyward scored on a walk off balk (again don't remember the opponent, just remember thinking that I'll never see that again). Those are the 2 most memorable of the many, many more I went to.

Scott Proctor's game winning RBI in extra innings verses the Pirates. Julio Lugo's magical slide into home plate to win the game.

McCann falls into third on a triple. Chipper finds it amusing (:50 mark)

Seeing Bmac's first homer was my best memory where I actually attended the game.

Well that, and Chipper's last game was pretty cool.

I can still remember watching the first game at the Ted. I think Micheal Tucker got the first HR.

Saw Hank Aaron hit #715 in A-FC. Saw Gene Garber strike out Pete Rose to end his hitting streak. Inside slider knee high. Rose bitched about the pitch in his presser after the game and when a reporter asked Garber about it he laughed and said he'll see that same pitch every time I face him.

Was at that one too. Definitely memorable. It was chaos, but still not as the Hinske homer

I went to the grand opening first ever Braves game played at Turner Field. Don't even remember who they played. Pretty sure they lost though. Fulton COunty stadium was a dump, but the memories from it are a thousand times better.

I can remember traveling to Turner Field in high school to see my favorite brave at the time (Jarrod Saltalamacchia). Well we went up for the weekend to watch the the Braves play the Pirates I believe and they had just traded Salty. I was devastated, pissed at this bum Brian McCann for taking my favorite players spot. Little did I know the following game we would go to BMac would go 3/4 with 2 bombs and like 5 RBIs. Needless to say BMac was my new favorite player

nope they beat the cubs.

Fun fact I just saw about Fulton County Stadium...Felipe Alou was the first batter, and his son, Moises Alou, was the last.
