Actually saw a trailer for it, and it doesn't look that bad considering.

Had to be the disorderly part. I have seen passed out on the lawn drunk with no arrest. Can you even really get arrested for just being drunk in Savannah (aside from the street person type drunk)?

Details released... he tried to bum a cigarette from a cop. Cop said no. So Shia bucked up on him, so the cop tried to cuff him. Then he ran away and lost the foot chase.
