OT - Erin Andrews - rank speculation

Erin Andrews is plaintiff in a $75M suit against a hotel chain and the stalker who filmed her nude. The video, which was posted online has been viewed 18 million times. The stalker served a short stretch in a Federal prison.
Here is my admittedly unlikely speculation. Could Andrews and the stalker be working an insurance scam against the hotel chain? The potential payoff could be huge.
Such a scam would hurt no one and it would entail little risk. Why did the stalker post the video online for the world to see? Why would Andrews prance around a hotel naked? I can't believe Andrews is as upset about the video as she pretends. Performers tend to be exhibitionists--maybe Andrews gets off on the attention.
My mild suspicion is heightened by the fact that Andrews was one of those sorry Florida Gators, If I was on the jury I would find for Erin Andrews and vote to award an amount commensurate with the cost of a lap dance.

I sleep naked and basically after dinner, once everything is taken care of, I'm naked until it's time to get dressed for work the next day. When I'm in a hotel room, basically the same shite applies.

The stalker was sentenced to 30 months which was probably more than one would expect. There is no parole in the Federal system. The compensation would have to be pretty good.
There is no doubt that the jury will find for, and award damages to Andrews. How much should she get?

I just watched the vid on PH like you said, and holy hell is she stupid fine.
What was she doing while curling her hair though? We're those kegel exercises or something? It was like she was doing mini air-squats flexing her butt or something. Or maybe she was imaging riding a dude in the chair? I don't freaking know but it was odd looking.

The frick? If it went down like she said and the hotel just gave away her identity and put this guy in an adjacent room, then they should pay whatever she wants.
