You don't target all Muslims. But you DO deport any immigrants immediately that are radical clerics or over the top with supporting radical Islam.
Dealing with citizens is a lot tougher but immigrants are on probation. One of these guys was literally on a BBC tv show about The Jahadi Next Door and was on public assistance....seriously.

wrong..if the "moderate" ones want the blood bath to stop...they should deal with their own...fact is...the moderates are like Christians who only go to church on Easter.
