Am I the only one who feels like Jay Rome has been around for 10 years?

Wow!
It looks like the S&C program is running at full steam. I just can't find an area where the program is making questionable moves anymore, anybody? Honestly I don't know how any Dawg fan could not be excited about this program and the upcoming season.

For those wondering, Ledbetter got sick early in the spring and is now gaining weight back

From what videos I've seen of the offeseason S&C I'd say Hocke focused more on conditioning and light weight/high reps first and I'd imagine they will do more heavy lifting and bulk up to game weight before the fall
220 is a good weight for Chubb being 5'10

Our ILB's need to be able to stuff the run. 3 starting Olinemen under 290....in the SEC...Really?

Do those of you that monitor the weight changes of players ever get the shakes during the off-season or get track marks on your arms or sores all over your body?
I hope you're at least using clean needles....
Holy shite.

Ledbetter is the biggest concern (and my only concern) regarding wait gain/loss. He needs to gain 25, not lose it. His sickness came at a bad time and hopefully he'll have little problem getting it back.

Ledbetter was sick and will put weight on
Im fine with the OL weight particularly with Shotty's offense. We will be pulling a lot. Weight don't mean shite if they are stronger.
And remember when we had an OL heavier than any team in CFB? Dont think we won a natty that year either

Sure. Come on up from whatever depths of hell you reign from. Always open to letting someone try to get ahead in life.

LOL at you thinking your post will be anything but futile. We're talking about a guy here who I have publicly asked, on more than one occasion, to apologize and make amends to (after I publicly admitted I was wrong about something and wanted to get all square), yet still won't even hit the REPLY button on any one of my posts.
You're not dealing with a sane person.
