The offensive line, according to Poole was another area that stood out on day nine. Isaiah Wilson was another person Poole commented on during practice. He said that Wilson is raw but shows a lot of potential. Isaiah Wynn didn’t practice for the third time this week with an undisclosed illness Coach Kirby Smart mentioned on Tuesday. With Wynn absent, freshman Andrew Thomas took snaps at left guard while Dyshon Sims worked at left tackle. Ben Cleveland took reps again at right tackle with Wilson behind him.

Although it's all a guess right now, today's two deep (from 247 article) sounds pretty good to me. Wynn, Allen, Gaillard, Kindley, Thomas, from left to right. Sims, Wilson, Fogarty, Baker, Cleveland were the 2nd team.

Yes, he is. Lets hope he proves LT Catalina to be a mistake.

Perhaps. WG pointed that option out earlier, and I never disagreed with it despite playing devils advocate. If the coaches did get it wrong last year, thats good news for UGA 2017.

I still disagree with you essentially blaming all the OL issues on scheme though. Going through all of those 2016 games proved how wrong you were with that.

You clearly don't understand what was being discussed, but I also understand that you will continue to drone, so...

Thanks to years of poor OL recruiting we will still have O lineman out of position including a converted Def Lineman.

Here is what you said, and its easy to understand:

quote:

If you watch the UF game, you will see us pulling Centers and Tackles and UF lineman attacking the gap they pulled from with malice. You will also see Lineman going to the next level trying to block a guy 1.5 gaps over and they can't get there. It was a perfect combination of D-lineman teeing off and a scheme that was not gonna work for a team that didn't demand respect Of the pass.

Look at these highlights... 8 men in the box all the time. Tackles making blocks... UF sending guys every time. A lot of this was happy feet by the QB and either no one open or him not seeing them...

This is what I said about it a month ago:

quote:

The more I watch this game, the more it looks like Peter is exaggerating his point about pulling. So far, that looks to be the least of the issues.

It was the biggest issue with the line.

If that were true, our OL would have done just fine without when not faced with the issues you speak of, but they still screwed up and got beat anyways.

It's because you don't understand... stop posting about football... stick to emotional subject matter. Thanks
