To each his own, I'm not telling you what to do, but I'm always curious when people have this mindset. This game here is going to be the toughest regular season ticket in UGA history, and is quite literally a once in a lifetime experience. The cutoff of course is going to be ridiculously high. But I don't see why people (not you specifically glory glory, just in general) see that and decide to throw their hands up and "quit".

I don't contribute because of one particular game, I contribute because although I'm young I'm thinking 10 or 30 years down the road when I have a family and grandkids and everyone wants to go to the game, and being a season ticket holder is IMO the most stress-free way to do that.

I agree... the highest totals have normally been for the
"traditional SEC powers" Clem. & GT. I hit 40,000 about 10-12 years ago and was used to getting any road/Bowl game tix I wanted & thought I was shittin' in tall cotton.

When I saw 75,000 I was like FML...

Same for me. I didn't have children old enough to take to games until 10 years after graduation. But I began planning for that time immediately after graduation. I was able to get 4 tix in a good area and access to away tix for any game I wanted to attend. We have attended at least one road game nearly every year.
