It sucks in Charleston. I should have just stayed in ATL and driven. Now, I may not make it to the game.

I am at my down town place. Roads are closed. It is pretty bad here. High tide is gonna suck.

Ya, I'm fricked. If anyone can make it to Queen Street I got 6 soon to be worthless tickets and 4 pissed off people in Athens who were using them. Haha

So far so good here in Cola...looks like about 2.5 inches since yesterday. But hell....I thought I saw where they closed the peninsula in Charleston. Is that true?
Just pray you don't lose cable or power. Charleston is ground zero through this whole thing.

I am so glad I haven't built anything on my place on the Ogeechee....that area
I do have a house in Evans, Georgia but it is far enough upstream from Augusta not to be effected....a few years back (maybe the summer of 2014) the CoE told Augusta that they had lost control of the river at Clark Hill (frick South Carolina and renaming a lake after an a-hole). There was serious talk about closing the levee breaches in downtown Augusta for the first time in a LONG time (I think since completion of the dam at Clark Hill).

Thank god for flood insurance. Gonna be watching this one on the iPad. People are kayaking in front of my house.

Radar currently shows one little strip storm on the edge of the big stuff headed straight towards Athens. I hope it blows North.

If you hear about a Charleston guy shooting smug kyakers on his front lawn, send bail $.
