Interesting look, especially with the Jumbotron-in-the-Round thing going on at the shuttered roof opening.

Those are the lights that currently stand outside the Georgia Dome.

It's the "Exterior Fan Plaza" where ticket-holders can congregate and purchase $15 dollar Bud Lights.......instead of tailgating in a parking deck or in vacant lot in a ghetto.
