Looks like jenkins has been preparing for the NFl a little to early....I wonder how many yards we going to give up now....about 350 again!!

Yeah, I love it when one of our best players at their position is ineligible to play in the bowl game.

Who cares...It's obvious he doesn't care about academics anymore. If he doesn't care about playing his last game as a bulldawg...well forget him i wont shed one tear about him. Its not like we were some big powerful run stopping team with him in there any ways. We will be fine with kwame.

Nobody is "shedding a tear", but it's never all that desirable to lose someone like that, especially since we only have 1 other guy at the position that has done anything. You seem to be the only one celebrating that he can't play.

I'm not celebrating it...i'm just accepting the fact he doesn't want to play ball for dawgs any more....good luck in the nfl...he is going to need it

Didn't he have a concussion a week, or so, ago?

If he was smart, he'd blame that. Of course, if he was smart he wouldn't be ineligible.

The concussion report was just a cover up for what was really going on and that was his poor academics...

Imagine if the ball had not been tipped..... the stars had aligned.....and Georgia had beat Alabama......

And then imagine the meltdown that would be going on right now with yankee mongoloid Big John Jenkins being ruled academically ineligible for the National Championship game........

Un......fricking........believable..............

Obviously he didn't care about school the minute he went to community college. This isn't new news.

Obviously bad news when our starting NG won't be in the bowl game. On the bright side I guess it will give backups early experience. Jenkins better hope he looks better in the combine than he did stopping the Bama running game.

Wonder if he drops to the second round? Not because of his grades...I watched him a lot this season. He took a fair amount of plays off IYKWIM.

My theory: the second we lost the SECCG he decided he had nothing to play for and skippe his finals or just gave up. Didn't want to bother because he's going to the league and didnt think it was worth it to play in the bowl and hurt his draft stock if he got hurt. Just a thought....

In other words, he's not really a college student... shows why it's irrelevant to compare APR scores from one school to another... cuz at UGA, all ya have to do is show up.

Obviously not, because if that was the case then he wouldn't be academically ineligible. Did they ever discuss logic in the midst of all those engineering courses?

Also, I knew plenty of dumbasses that went to GT and were management majors...so don't pretend that everyone that walks out if your trade school is some kind of genius.

Management at GT is a better major then anything UGA offers, and it's our worst major.

There's a reason your bidness school is the 4th best in the state.
