Amazing player and seems to be a great dude. Would have been great to have him in the red and black.

Yep, we have missed out on some difference makers over the years for sure. Watson is a cool customer. Deceptive speed, sneaky moves, strong arm and great touch on his passes.

Yea, hurts every time I see #4 play for Clemson. It's funny because it isn't like we lost on him last minute. It's that we totally blew it to begin with. Pretty damn unforgivable. Reminds me (not that I need reminding) why I am glad we are starting over.

Why am I thinking that everyone said before he wasn't in play for us?

He was all Clemson since his sophomore year. People need to let this one go

To be fair, I don't recall CMR missing out on any in-state QBs before. And until his last season (maybe last two seasons) we have done extremely well with QBs. Extremely well.

Still hurts to think DW could've been wearing red and black this season, but we had every reason to trust the coaches at the time they passed over Watson. If we ever had a chance to land him in the first place.

I CAN'T LET IT GO, IT'S STILL REAL TO ME DAMMIT.

And he was done then, as far as I know, because Clemson jumped on him far earlier and UGA didn't even try until his senior year with a half assed attempt that he laughed off.

Wasn't he a "legacy" though?

He runs a 4.8.... We don't want him unless he runs a 4.5.

I know Hyatt was, not sure if he was. I was under the impression it was a single parent household but not sure of the circumstances.

Unless he plays QB. Then sub 5 is unacceptable.

Yup, he would have made a great replacement for Cam Newton at TE.

I read on the internet that we needed a 4,5 speed QB

Yep, we obviously had better prospects at the QB position.

Clemson made him a priority, we didn't.

And it's hard to let it go when we see he is the difference between #1 and #26.

Let it go. Ramsey is a better punter anyways
