Perhaps we can use the sympathy angle to get a bowl we might not have received before.

I'd like the Music City Bowl against Penn State. 2 hour drive for me, some friends to stay with there. Nice restaurants and a few nice clubs.

I don't care about the bowl. I care about the matchup. I'm hoping for Michigan. Or Penn State. Some descent team we haven't played in a long, long time.

It's selected by the SEC....whatever they feel like and the money is all the same, except Missouri won't accept one and Kentucky will get a bid with 5-7 record

Considering that UGA football is basically a country song right now, Music City would be appropriate.

He has those big arse ears to cover up his horns.
awkward-talkin' forked tongue had a annoyin' charm.
Before I turned around, Richt was gone.
All I can say is, "Bartender, pour me somethin' strong."

Here's to the past, they can kiss my glass.
I hope Maryland's happy with him.
Here's to the coach, who wrecked my world,
That angel who did me in.
I think McGarity drives a Coupe de Ville.
I watched 'em drive away over the hill,
Against his will, and I've got time to kill,
Down in Brokenheartsville.

It was long and chrome sittin' in the lot.
And fire engine red, that F150 was hot.
He revved it up, Richt waved goodbye.
Well, Georgia's gone to hell and so have I.

Here's to the past, they can kiss my glass.
I hope Virginia's happy with him.
Here's to the coach, who wrecked my world,
That angel who did me in.
I think McGarity drives a Coupe de Ville.
I watched 'em drive away over the hill,
Against his will, and I've got time to kill,
Down in Brokenheartsville.

Here's to the past, they can kiss my glass.
I hope Miami's happy with him.
Here's to the coach, who wrecked my world,
That angel who did me in.
I think McGarity drives a Coupe de Ville.
I watched 'em drive away over the hill,
Not against her will, and I've got time to kill,
Down in Brokenheartsville.

Wanting these bowls in Tennessee is foolish. If that were the case, it's probably gonna mean we are going to play Louisville. I really don't want that snoozer for a second year in a row.

I could see getting a bump in bowl priority. I dont think we will have a problem selling tickets to Richt's last game. I think ratings would be higher than seeing a UT or Miss State play as well

I'm guessing Gator vs Penn St or Outback vs Michigan.

Agree, but the whole win one for Richt factor may come in to play. We'll see how much the team really loves him, but Michigan is better and pissed off about how the OSU game went.

I actually think we would hand Penn State their arse. They really aren't good. We would pick Hackenberg at least twice if that was the matchup.

This is likely what we will see for the two slots:

Sugar: Ole Miss vs Baylor
Citrus: Florida vs Michigan

The rest the SEC decides. Technically speaking we will have the second best record in the SEC, we could get an invite to the Peach, not at all likely I know, but we all know it's about the money. They could match is against Florida State or Iowa. It will probably be the Liberty bowl to try and sell tickets since they know fans will travel to see Richts last game.

Playoff committee determines the Peach Bowl matchup and every other NY6 game.

What is their criteria exactly? I know one non power 5 team gets in.
