Been here since 09 01 2010.
What exactly has his contribution been?
Football better? No.
Basketball better? No.
Baseball better? No.
And you can argue fairly convincingly that none of those show any promise of improvement in the future.
So what is it? What can he hang his hat on? Keeping the money rolling in from football? Building a cheapened up indoor football facility?
Please clue me?????

Not sure of overall totals but some other sports are down as well. However...most ADs are judged on money and managing "issues".

From everything I've heard, our ad would horrify us. I used to have better, more detailed reasons of why McGarity needed to go but I've forgotten them. Let's leave it at its time.

Our athletic department is the good ole boys and gals network. People who don't look at winning as anything more than a step in their career. Winning isn't important. That is what I've heard.

administrators are by and large unnecessary. So, they work hard and long to rig the game to protect their careers, etc. McGarity is textbook in this.
