She's a sharp cookie. It's too bad about her husband dying in a bicycle accident last September while pregnant with their 2nd child.

I flipped through accidentally at one point and these fricking monsters were all agreeing with each other that women should have to register for selective service now when they turn 18 like men are forced to...
It's a sign of a sick and diseased society that allows their women to volunteer for combat, but now we're gonna conscript our young women into the military too one of these days??!!!And honestly I think these idiots were taking this position to avoid sounding like they discriminate against women!!!

No one applied anything to all conservatives. I said "some people" and Jeff said "these idiots". G girl made the most broad statement but it was aimed at liberals.
I'm betting that most people on the left and the right aren't behind females being eligible for the draft. this was the first instance I've even heard it mentioned in a long time.

the whole reason that topic is even being discussed is because our top generals are being forced by this administration and the liberal progressive movement to have women in combat roles and other non-traditional applications that they shouldn't be in and it doesn't work...so several of them are trying to make a point that if they are going to be forced into allowing women to become rangers and seals and if we have to treat women as exact equals in our military, then they should have to register for the draft as well...the liberals can't have their cake and eat it too...the whole point of the candidates backing it is to bring it into public light and opinion, exposing it for what it is....when it becomes a serious issue and the reality of 18 yr old girls filling out selective service ppw hit main street, the tone might change and liberals will see the true cost of their agenda..
