Basically it means if you're caught with less then a half ounce of pot all you'll get is a fine. Not a big step, but a needed one.
All we can do now is contact our senators and tell them to focus on getting this passed on the senate floor

But Trump is now saying that he's going to have DOJ start looking into enforcement of the federal statute against states that have decriminalized or legalized.
Because with all this opiate abuse lately, "we don't want to encourage people"...you know it's a gateway drug.
