Interesting clips, but does anyone know what the point is?
The one where he's on his back with the top of his head pointed towards the machine - seems like a good way for him to "Stuart Scott" himself (RIP).

It's like training for Beerfest drinking Ram's piss. If you can catch a football one-handed on your back, it should be no problem to do it on your feet and using both hands.

It's a fricking hand/eye coordination drill where he's catching passes. He's a wide receiver, he catches passes. These aren't "bells and whistles", I'm sure receivers at every college in america do one handed drills all the frickin time. It's just a fun little video showing him catching passes, good Lord.

So every time he wants to do something on instagram or other social media he needs to keep in mind that he needs to constantly prove himself to people? I honestly can't wrap my head around the thought process

This is about concentrating on the ball. While he was "showing off" a little bit, it is a useful drill. The same as catching a bouncing tennis ball in a dimmed room. watch the ball, concentrate on the point, catch with your hands.
