The answer lies in the use. If you just need sleep shite shower shave go cheap. I laugh at people who spend big bucks on a nice room that they are never in except for the s activities. However if you have a wife and kids need a pool need room for stuff and actually spend time in the room then a nicer room is worth it.

Not sure I know the name but there is one site out there that allows folks to rent out there place like a hotel.Could always give that a look
