I was happy for him because he never got the respect he deserved. All coordinators will be second guessed but there is no way in hell our offense would ever look this bad under Bobo. I'm still happy for him but i never thought this move would hurt us this bad.

He had become a mighty fine OC IMO

People that dogged Bobo had no idea how important he was to the program overall.

I got frustrated with him when he would get conservative but you can't deny the numbers our offense put up while he was OC.

That offense had to replace Stafford and Moreno. Joe Cox wasn't great but the guy wasn't scared to sling it downfield.

And he had no defense or run game to provide support.

Cox gets way more hate than he should. I'd take him in a heartbeat right now.

Honest question: As Schotty is a first year coordinator who rang the bell and scrambled to get in Lambert who didn't pan out very well in hindsight is all of this his fault with knowing our all SEC center went into the NFL?

Bobo's not doing so great either out at CSU if I remember this year...

Is it fair to put all of this on somebody who's been there for 9-10 months?

The Colorado ram board wants him fired. I wish he was here to take responsibility for the quarterbacks he recruited. With out a great running back to mask the bad play calling we suck. Even with him

Who would've believed Cox and Hutson Mason would be missed so much by this fanbase in retrospect?

Exactly, if you can't block the pass rush with a box style QB sitting back there what does it matter who's getting rushed, balls tipped, sacked?

We had a record setting offense last year with Huston Mason. No one can honestly say Hutson is better than Lambert or Bauta. The QB talent on hand is good enough (or was good enough) for Bobo to have a potent offense. If Schotty requires an All star quarterback and David Andrews at center to be effective, then about the only place he would be effective is New England. At a minimum Schooty & Hoke need to go.

We would be much better if he were still here (but that's not saying much).

When your job title is offensive coordinator and you are failing to score offensively....Yes

100pct

The only slack we can cut him is on the QB situation but he was left with some pretty talented players and the fact that he keeps running Doulglas out there to run the football is mind boggling. It's really frustrating.

I have been around long enough to know you actually understand the game more than the mouth breathers who spout off in unison so often, that said I agree with your assessment as this team was advertised much better than we are seeing now.

3 games into the season we had what, 21-22 freshman with playing time as I remember, shouldn't some of this have been a red flag then and what part has this freshman influx of playing time attributed into what we are seeing now?

I agree, I knew it would probably be a tough year I just don't understand the offense or the gameplan. I know they are trying to find something that works but we are getting whipped up front.

This is on bobo more than anyone else. He got out before his creation hit the field.

Not fair at all to a rational mind.
