considering how terrible their offense performed, im not surprised but im also very surprised this is happening. Why would you let your OC leave before the biggest game of the year with a true freshman qb at the helm? This is super weird, Clemson will roll.

Saban was probably angry about the shitty game he called the other day. The run was open all day and he had Hurts throwing way too much.

Probably just as well; time for Kiffin to move on to his HC gig. Saban might feel that Lane just doesn't have his heart in it after mediocre offensive showing vs Washington. Bama's defense definitely won that game for them in spite of Kiffin's crappy offense.

I read that an espn person said Lane was late for a couple of team meetings, and some media thing last week. I bet Saban gave him da boot. Especially after the bad game Lane called against UW.

My sauces tell me Kif and Pruitt got in a fist fight after the game and Saban had to bite Lane on the knee to make him back off.
