Damn. I'd imagine our game vs. Georgia Southern will be a bit of a later kickoff since that weekend has so many terrible SEC games (weekend before rivalry week).

Could be. The 4pm slot on SECN has had a lot of FCS type games this year. And yeah, I realize GSU isn't FCS.

Stadium wont be packed, but there won't be 23,000 empty seats unless it's pouring rain or something.

If we lose to Florida it'll be around 85k in the building.

During some of our shittiess Goff Years, there were never more than a few thousand open seats at the beginning of a game... People go to UGA games for the gameday more than the game. It's true that way with most College games...

True, but remember that for those years Sanford held 86k unlike now.

My post was mostly to point out the stupidity of PNW saying there'd only be 70k.

Yea, no way there's only 70k unless, as you said, we get routed by UF and the weather is awful. Even then more than 70k likely show up. It was a dumb comment.

You don't seriously think there were 23,000 empty seats in the stadium today do you?

Noon kickoffs mean late arriving crowds, but by 12:20 there was easily 83k in Sanford. Probably much more than that.

Whatever, stand by it. I'd say there were more than 70k.
