Definitely sounds like it's for the best. There have long been whispers that he had substance abuse problems. That is a tough hill to climb and I hope he gets some good treatment.

Dude parties til 4am every night basically. Photo of him rolling up a dollar in a night club bathroom MONTHS ago. These were not whispers, these were yells that everyone turned a deaf ear towards

No kidding. I'm not a huge fan of his on the field, but I'm not going to be all holier than thou about this stuff given my own extracurricular tendencies. Who knows what kind of shite I'd get into with millions of dollars to burn. If he feels like he has a problem, I hope this helps him.

True, his partying was obviously never a secret. I'm referring to the idea that it was beyond the normal "boys will be boys" rowdiness, and was an active addiction situation. Either way, I wish him the best.
