Highly doubt it.

The offensive staff is experiencing a complete housecleaning: McClendon is leaving for South Carolina, running backs coach Thomas Brown is going to Miami, offensive line coach Rob Sale is going to Louisiana-Monroe (according to 247Sports), and tight ends coach John Lilly has already cleaned out his office, according to two people familiar with Georgia’s program.

Lilly turned down a chance to join re-join Mark Richt in Miami, said one of those with knowledge of the situation.
Seth usually waits to report stuff until he has good info so this seems different than the 'pruitt has already cleaned out his office' stuff from other sites back in November.

Why would Lilly turn down joining Richt in Miami?

Hell if I know. Change of scenery (i.e. working under a different HC), other offers elsewhere that he feels are worth it? Just saying I don't think he's going to be at UGA after the bowl game.

Awesome to see that our O Line coach is qualified enough to go from UGA to ULM. What a freaking atrocious hire that turned out to be.

Miami is an expensive uptick in daily living and Lilly had like 6 kids. Doubt Miami is willing to double the salary of a UGA TE coach

Thus the reason we needed a change. We may wander the desert for a little bit before we reach the promised land though. Let's just hope it isn't another 40 yrs....

Word on the street is Lily's office is cleaned out! Hate to see Lily, Bmac and Brown leave but it seems that Kirby want's nothing of the old O staff.

Huh?We didn't make this change to completely blow things up and "wander in the desert".No UGA fan wnts to hear the "it'll get worse before it gets better" BS

This program isn't a SC or a UT after Dooley.I expect
8 to 9 wins next year and a SECE title within in 3 years.

We didn't make the change to go backwards.

No but a total overhaul of the coaching staff will create hiccups. To think you can do that without a hitch is unrealistic.

I just wonder where else he would go, if not with Richt.
