When I look at the roster, this is sort of how I feel, but Kirby seems to keep going counter to that... "wish we had more of them and that they were bigger... but they are working hard". Obviously some of that is 1st year coach speak. You don't take over a program and talk about how great it is... it makes you look bad if you don't succeed. But it will be interesting to see how it all shakes out through the spring and summer.

Coaching matters. The big one from Arky is a goodun by all accounts, so I am looking for a pretty good improvement.
