After the Vandy game I said he sucked, and he'd have to make major improvements to win my confidence.
He knocked it out of the park tonight.
Keep up the good work, and get even better.

After last week's performance, I had my reservations about him, but I'm glad we stuck with him.

Lambert had an unbelievable performance and should be starter going forward.
But major kudos to Schotty for getting him going with short routes and developing a good rhythm. Lambert seems to fall into habits whether they are good or bad...

I am truly impressed by the turn around. Might be the biggest I've ever seen at any position.
I just hope he keeps it up, but games like this really are monumental fro developing confidence.

Vandy was not as bad as most thought. On defense anyway. Lambert looked bad in that game for the most part, no doubt. But Bama is much better than that score indicated. 5 turnovers. Better buckle up in two weeks.
But we showed we have a passing game,and a defense. We already knew we had a running game. We are going to have some games where we need the ball to bounce our way though.
That being said,we looked like national contenders tonight. Go dawgs!

He wasn't as bad vs Vandy as the first half stats indicate. Some of those passes were dropped, some of the throws hurried. The kid has proven that he can QB.
