Play calling and OL run blocking still left a lot to be desired. Felt like we were the better team all night, just kept shooting our selves in the foot. Penalties and turnovers kept ND in the game.

It's great to be a Georgia Bulldog!

We do have problems but I'll save the criticisms (except for Chaney) for another day. I'm still glad we pulled out a win.

Play calling is limited by the OL and freshman QB.

It is only going to get better as they build experience.

This win is only as good as the amount of learning and improvement that comes from it. Doesn't matter what Notre Dame does the rest of the year, this win only matters if we learn from the numerous mistakes that were made.

Good news is a lot of guys that lacked some real big game experience (Hardman, Fromm, Reed, Lecounte, etc) have not only now been there but emerged victorious. Hopefully the missed opportunities resonate with them

Agree but we're headed in the right direction IMO.

There were holes before UGA beat ND. Fact is Carter and Bellamy look like they made the right decision to return, Roquan looks like an AA. We are attackng the ball and tackling in space very well. That didn't happen last year so those are my takeaways.

IMO penalties are the only thing that kept them in the game

Our future is bright. Also D'andre Walker had anothee great game. Sanders had an off game as far as discipline. Lecounte made a great play late in the 4th the bring up 4th down. Thompson continues to be a dominant DT. Aaron Davis played well. Very impressed we kept Wimbush contained. We should be able to contain any mobile QB this year

Play calling

No rhyme or reason to it.Chaney continually put Fromm in bad passing situations most of the gsme.

Why wouldn't you run more play action on 1st downs and screens on 3rd?The ONE series we actually called both plays we either had a TD ( Hardman drop)
or a long gain (Sony slip)

Why the HELL are we running out of the Wild Dawg on 1st and 10 on our own 20 in the 4th qtr?

We have a championship defense and very good special teams and
Im hoping that will be enough because we'll never have a complete offense with Chaney in charge.Arky and UT fans did warn us

Good lord we're going to miss him. He's looking even better than I expected, and I had really high hopes.

D'andre Walker

How about him, right? It sure seemed like he just kept finding a way to be there when he needed to. Some slip ups, but all in all a good night for him.

Sanders... rough night for him for sure. Going to be in the shite house this week I think. Did not do us any favors tonight but hopefully that's a one time error in a big game and it's a teachable moment.

LeCounte... Such a special kid. That play was huge. Also, JR Reed just continues to impress. What a hell of a steal he is turning out to be.

Davis shocked me. Played very well.

I do like our chances to keep Fitzgerald limited (and any other mobile QB on the regular schedule).

I will say that he closed on that flea flicker quick and made a great play on that so Sanders at least saved a TD tonight. But Kirby will definitely have him and Rochester running sprints. Rochester couldn't keep his hands odd peoples faces

The deep pass will open up the run. How much leeway can you give a true fr. on the road in South Bend is the question. This ol is creaky at best. They are subbing guys in and still can't find the right quintet.

It's my hope he will open things up for Fromm in SEC play but it's Chaney.

Unsung hero ball to Cameron Nizialek. Yes, the punter mothafrickers. Clutch kicks to get the defense breathing room. Such a total team effort win.

Not sure he's an "unsung hero". He was a player of the week last week and he just continues to kick the freaking laces off the ball. One hell of an "inbound lead"... We didn't recruit him, he told us he wanted to come here... Incredible what he's been doing IMO. He's a weapon for sure.

How about Kirby having Rodrigo kick it out of the back of the end zone after we kicked out last field goal, so much shite has been cleaned up.
