I will admit that I am not up on the state of our S&C program under Coach T. Could someone who has understanding of S&C explain what was wrong with his methods versus what a new hire could/will bring? Does anyone on here REALLY know what our team does/does not do in regards to S&C?

All the ACL injuries will magically disappear and our talented players will now be ready for the NFL at UGA instead of waiting til after they leave...

Most likely, our overall goal will be inline with Pruitts philosophy (if someone knows the location of the last springs articles on the matter, please link them)
But I think our emphasis will be to Taylor-make routines for every individual, concentrating on balancing muslce groups in an effort to prevent injuries, but also maximizing explosiveness and power, and to shorten recovery times. (UGA bought a machine last year that shows which muscle groups are being underused and in turn which muscles are carrying to much of the load, also how to correct these deficiencies.)
If we get the right person it will show on the field big time' and on the trainers table.

Been hearing discouraging things about Coach T's S&C program for quite some time now. Keep in mind that this info is coming from former players, some calling it a "joke" at times. A lot of "one size fits all" lifts without the proper customization for players of different weights, strengths, and positions. Hope we get this worked out soon.

Hopefully less tape on the ankles?

When the ankle is too taped up to roll (like it is supposed to) then the knee is going to bend in ways it is not meant to.

There was a chain email going around with some ex players supporting some dude with UGA connections, but a good resume. I will see if I can dig it up.

Yeah I heard the Robbie Stewart rumor on another site, but wasn't sure if it really had wheels or not.
