How many Super Bowls could the Coons have won if they kept Farve?

One? ? Two??? More? I respect the frick out of that gunslinging, cock showing, southern man! It just hurts me knowing we let that giy get away. He could've been our Brady. A true "southern charm". A face of the franchise for years to come... Man, it truly sucks to be a sports fan in Georgia sometimes.... I feel like that old geezer from the geico commercial with the cane rod is always there teasing me of what it feels like to be on top...

frick Tech!

Not sure. Maybe the 1998 team would have been good enough. Favre fell into a perfect situation with Holmgren as HC and Andy Reid as the QB coach on a loaded offense.

Don't you think we could have built a team around him though?? A competitive team year after year? I'd love to have him and Chipper as the face of Atlanta sports.

He had a significant substance abuse issue here. I think him getting the frick out was the best thing for him...

Georgia is cursed and it curses everyone that tries to love it.

I know that. Buddy's ex wife use to frick him while he was in Atl. Her words were " He was hung like a mule." I haven't seen an awful lot of mule cock, but what I have seen are pretty impressive.. So I'm taking that as a compliment.

Fact is a substance abuse problem has more to do with the person than his surroundings. Take Chef for example. Dude loves his drugs, rightfully so. But if he decides to up and move to Wichita guess what? He's still gonna be able to find dope. Hell, I've had what most would consider a substance abuse problem in my past. I didn't move to correct my flaw. I grew up and made sure I corrected my mistakes. So lets not get into that as a reason. I'd rather keep thinking that tje Coons destiny is to always be at best the bridesmaid, typically we're the fat inept cousin with a learning disability who has the kid that they feel bad for and make her the flower girl. Thats our claim to fame.

If everything else would have been the same (drafting Jamal Anderson and getting Dan Reeves to coach), then yeah I think he would have gotten at least one. A Favre and Anderson backfield would have been filthy until Anderson's knees went to shite.

He would have ended up like Tommy Hanson.

I did a bunch of Coke with him at the Orchestra Pit... When we ran out, he pulled out a golf ball sized sack... He would have died if he stayed in ATL... I would have as well... Great dude... Chicks loved him...

Never know how things would have gone, but I feel good saying they would have gotten one with Favre.
