Since we will have Chubb, Sony, and Holyfield at Rb and Eason throwing to Godwin, McKenzie and Blaezavitch(probably spelled wrong)?

I would say 3 losses is likely- UT, UF, Ole Miss will all be tough for this new team

First year Coach. New Staff.
Potentially starting true frosh at QB in the SEC.
Chubb is still a big question mark so we can't just pencil him yet.
So not very lethal. Next year will be bumpy.

If Chubb doesn't get hurt and Eason plays good I say 1-3 losses. I think we will lose one to UT and ole miss and UF are a toss up.
This is based off good coaching though.

Seems to be a theme

Not that lethal. OL will be a work in progress, Eason will have growing pains, and lack of playmakers on the outside.

Anywhere from 7-5 to 9-3 seems reasonable.
-I don't think anyone has a clue how healthy chubb will be, and how early. I've heard he's flying through rehab and will be good come september and I've heard he may not even play a down in '16. Who knows.
-Sony is good. There's a lot of good backs in the league though
-Holyfield has never taken a college snap
-Eason is a TF.
-Godwin is excellent but he's not a true #1, IMO
-Mckenzie is good but is fairly injury prone and is a slot guy
-Blaze is good, not great, and I'm not sure a good TE accounts for many extra wins

Going to get worse before it gets better. Winning 9 regular season games would be an excellent job. This roster isn't in a great place right now.
Depending on what Ramsey does we could be breaking in a new K, P and LS. Very little talent at WR. Little to no experience at T. Questionable QB play - our most experienced guy is the least talented. Chubb isn't a given to start the year 100%. Not much experience or depth at DL. Breaking in new pass rushers at OLB. 1st year HC. I feel good about RB, interior OL, ILB, DB and KR/PR. Feel ok about DL/OLB if we stay healthy there.
A 7-5er wouldn't shock me. If Chubb doesn't return to form this offense will be really ugly again. Roster mismanagement was easily Richt's biggest flaw.

Hard to tell what's happening here. I wish I did.

The Patriots and Ron Gronkowski would disagree.

Think we gel sometime mid season, could be rocky early on. Wish Pruitt had stayed one more year to prevent the need for any transition on defense while the O gels. Fricking stupid not to keep him another year. Our ad is a farking moron....

Smart goes to playoffs in first year. Chubb and Eason in Heisman hunt.
Honestly:
We beat UNC because its our first Smart game and its in the dome. Have to win.
Ole Miss away is probably a loss.
UT is in Athens, so it will be a win.
UF is a toss-up.
We should win the rest.

2016 will see growing pains. We have enough talent to win 7 just by showing up. I'm guessing 9-3, but if we're better at the end of the season than at the beginning, Kirby's first year will be successful. I hope the narrative in mid November 2016 is that Georgia is the young team that grew up and no one wants to play them.
2017 sets up to be a potential title contender. That game at Notre Dame will tell us a lot about where we stand in year 2.

Just sayin...
A good/great TE properly used can be a significant threat and difference maker.

Silent, but deadly...

Gronk isn't a good TE, he's by FAR the best at his position in the NFL. Hunter Henry is a guy that can take over a game.
Jeb isn't a guy that is going to carry a team to victory. Not sure why you can't see the difference.

They were pretty lethal this year. Almost killed me watching them.

I'm interested to see how we use Woerner.
