UTk, as in one of the teams most everyone on here had us chalked up to losing to in the preseason - just like Ole Miss? Yeah probably 10 or 14.

Maybe not by 31 and not even trying to score anymore midway through the third.

Anyone who didn't know this season was going to be tough was an idiot......anyone who thinks UGA is only 2 points better than Nichols state and 31 points worse than a team we hadn't loss to in 10 games and that is ok ain't a dog fan. Yes, most of us knew last January that Ole Miss, Ut, uf and at least one among UNC, tech, Mizzoo, USC, and auburn were probably losses but we didn't compete against Nichols or Mizzoo......if it weren't for some TERRIBLE QB play by Lock we weren't even in that game....and we never showed up today....losses are one thing....being unprepared and getting beat without even trying to be competitive is troubling......

Probably pretty handily, but it is a series with fluke wins by the weaker team.

Maybe we're on a horrible one week - marginally decent the next week rotation this season, and we can keep it close. Who knows?

At least 2 TD's but then I said that about Ole Miss.

Call me crazy, but I say we win. Hangover from their biggest win in 10 years.

I never counted the UTk game as a loss, until today.

I thought we would lose to OM and either FLA or Tenn, but now I don't see how we beat either.

I say they both beat us by 10+ and now there is a chance we lose 2 more.

Looking more like a 7 win season now.

This is a scary game for me. Do we play like we did in the 2nd half today? Or do we have the hangover and does UGA play pissed off with something to prove?

We could come out and play like we did against Ohio and Appalachian State and get our asses kicked.

Our defense and offensive line are soft. Receivers can't catch. Chubb is banged up.

Tennessee is clearly the better team heading into this game.

Okay, you're crazy. We have yet to stop Dobbs from running all over us and I am not convinced that we have made any progress on that front after the first 4 games. Anything can happen, but forcing Dobbs to throw is how teams like App St and Ohio kept the game close. Even if we do that can Briscoe or anyone else cover a WR??

I think it'll have the opposite effect. Tennessee isn't cocky yet, just confident. They'll be fired up and aggressive.

Georgia's players, meanwhile, have just been informed that they all suck because our former head coach recruited them, probably the least talented roster at UGA for many years. Somehow I don't think they'll respond well to learning that they're not an SEC quality group, or that yesterday's blowout was all their fault. They're probably thinking about which teams might appreciate their services after this season is done.

And Kirby Smart probably believes that this is simply a talent problem too, which means there's no incentive for our coaching staff to question themselves. I wouldn't be surprised to see something similar to yesterday, maybe not quite that bad. If it is that bad, we're looking at locker room problems as the season wears on.

Guys I get it that we looked real bad yesterday and we did. But Tenn isn't good as Ole Miss are they? It seems like Ole Miss played the perfect game, and we played about the worst game.

One thing that does worry me is our play calling. Maybe it is because we don't have the talent and a freshman qb, but the plays aren't very creative. Running up the gut does not work and when we finally did a toss w/ Chubb he got a long one. We need more screens to the rb and try some bubble screens to McKenzie or Godwin.

Also whats up w/ our TEs? Thought we had like 4 NFL TEs on our roster, but why can't they get more action in the passing? It seems w/ our lack of talent at WR we would use them much more.

Other than Eason I don't think many would start anywhere in the SEC....and I am not certain Eason would at Missouri, UT, Texas AM, Tennessee....Mackenzie would probably start but he can't catch a cold so he might not start....Michel might start and Chubb might...although I am not 100% positive Chubb is ever going to be alright...he looked good against UNC but hasn't made an impact since....even with 8 and 9 in the box he should occasionally look like he he is hitting what little hole there is with some quicks...

Most of us thought we would lose to UT, Ole Miss and UF and probably lose one between Auburn, South Carolina, GT and Missouri. 9 wins this season would have been a pretty good season considering. I don't think anyone would have predicted that we would nearly lose to Nichols or that Ole Miss would dominate us the way they did. There is not a team left on the schedule who can't beat us...Nichols is the worst team we have played in years, maybe ever....and we are lucky to have won. 5-7 or 6-6 is looking highly likely.

And for talent.....there is no way that there is a infinite amount of talent difference between us and Ole Miss...and until Ole Miss took their foot off the accelerator that is what the score board would indicate. Yes, there is a gap...but we also have a new coaching staff and to think they are getting the most out of what talent they have is utterly ridiculous...yet that is exactly what a new staff capable of getting us where we seem to want to be would be able to do...they might not win anymore but they also would not get embarrassed like hey did yesterday and they wouldn't nearly lose to Nichols. A new staff is probably good for at least one loss a season....an extra loss, one caused by piss poor coaching....we have seen two of those this year and were lucky not to lose to Nichols. And we should be 2-2 if Missouri wasn't horrible and lacked a QB with an ounce of judgement....

Completly assinine. Our starting LB's could start anywhere
outside Bama and UF; Carter,Bellamy,Smith and
Patrick were all highly recruited and will play on Sunday.Thompson is a complete stud on the DL and could also play anywhere.Funny,I didn't hear a peep on this board about our lack of talent on the secondary a month ago but freaking everyone and their brother have now elevated themselves to NFL scouts declared us totally void of talent ar DB.
Funny,we signed the #1 "athlete" in the country (Hardman) and he can't get a sniff of

playing time in our DB?With all od our "supposed lack of talent"?

Blaze,Chubb and Sony would all start for most im the SEC and Pyke,Wynn and Godwin
would also start for many.
