Herschel still got fight in his belly. Bellator seems to have cards with highlight names with "subpar" MMA skills. Rampage won tonight in a fight I didn't think he deserved...but feel this sets up this Herschel vs. Ramage Jackson. Any thoughts?

I hold nothing but true admiration and praise for the great Herschel Walker and all his UGA and USFL glory but, this won't end well if he keeps going down this path of facing down men half his age.

I wish he would take up spear fishing or something else....

I think he can still do well against a lesser opponent but not someone like Rampage who is an ex UFC Champion.

Last night, Rampage Jackson's age showed and he was gassed early. But it was very clear Rampage's game plan was to fight like an old man, sit back and wait patiently and counter with haymakers. His Japan opponent took him down and rode him the majority of the fight. It's definitely Ramages last stretch but I have mixed feelings about our 34 pressing his luck.

Hell, Ken Shamrock used to be a good fighter, and he got destroyed by Kimbo Slice, who was never much of anything. Both were over the hill at the time of their fight, but Shamrock was much more so.

The man's success is due in large part to an inner rage which he admits makes him wish he could kill people. Pretty sure, he's not going to be taking up bridge or metal-detecting anytime soon..

Herschel doesn't need to fight any more in MMA. The last guy he fought was a can, and he didn't look that good in that fight. Put him up with someone like Rampage and it probably won't go good for Herschel. Plus Rampage is on the decline and does he even train try anymore? All he wants to do is just stand and bang. I don't think Herschel wants to stand and bang with him.
