I still think UGA is another year away from Atlanta, but they sure are going in the right direction...recruiting wise.

Why?

We should win the East with ease

Too much youth and inexperience on the OL. Special teams still has much to improve, and coaching.

Our only real issue is the Oline and that isn't fixed overnight.

even if itis not totally fixed, we're not playing in the West.

All of the East teams are beatable, and we should win all of them.

No excuse with the RB returning, Jacob with another year, o-line gets more to `Pittman's liking, and defense being the best it has been in years.

I do think there will be some media types that will pick UGA to win the East. And, I won't be very surprised if they do win the East. I just don't think they're going to be quite there yet. If I'm wrong, great!

WR position will need to get a lot better, and Eason needs to improve greatly on his accuracy.

"Greatly" is a bit much. He needs to improve his accuracy.

Eason has big problems with both timing and accuracy. His footwork is slow and the ball arrives late and off target frequently. I'm hoping for a lot of improvement but I'm not optimistic.

Eason is a true freshman.

Eason had no time this year due to Oline.

He will be fine.

Fromm has not had these problems as a senior in high school. If Eason cannot do the job, maybe Fromm can step in and solve the problem.

Eason didn't have those problems his senior year of HS either. It's college ball ... players have to adjust and develop at this level.

SEC timing vs. GHSA timing

Not saying Fromm is bad, but that's a horrible argument.

The answer to freshmen QB struggles isn't another freshman QB while you have your 5 star sophomore on the roster.

If given the chance, Fromm will outperform Eason. Eason has a strong arm but not much else. Fromm has a good arm, good accuracy, good QB instincts and better athleticism. I expect Fromm to take over at some point in 2017.

There you go- Bigly. Prefect.

Seriously though I think he just needs to put more touch on his balls. They don't have to all be cannon shots. I think that's why we saw many drops.

I watch Brady a lot and he's usually not gunning the ball, he mostly throws very catch-able balls. If TB slings a fastball it's because he's threading defenders or something.

It's a huge step from HS to SEC ball. I'm just trying to give the kid a break. He didn't do bad this year all things considered.

Belichick's game plan for the offense is basically based on short passes that lead the receiver in a way that allows for big YACs.

Brady hits the receivers in stride.

Brady is extremely slow running, absolutely cannot scramble yet is not sacked often at all. It's because he's releasing the ball so quickly on relatively short passes.

Eason struggled hitting guys in stride and with catchable balls. He hit Chubb one time perfectly and we saw how that impacted the offense.

He absolutely can improve. The 2nd year should be a big improvement. But it is scary that it is the across the middle stuff that he is struggling with (tips lead to INTs)
