You know when Brice was being recruited they said that He would push Murray and Mason...

I am going to reserve any judgement until I see proof on the field...

Hoping for the best....

Eason has all the talent.... just VERY raw...

Needs to be developed...

I hope he can redshirt for one year...

You know he's probably going to be the #1 pick in the NFL some day. Sure we could redshirt him, but it would probably be a situation where we only get him for 2 years.

Eason is already head-and-shoulders better than Bauta and Ramsey because he knows how to read defenses, go through his progressions, act decisively and get rid of the ball quickly and on target.

The only bump in the road is time needed to learn the offense. Eason will be the starter at some point in 2016.

Well it was either Dean Legge or Chad Simmons that said Eason is really raw... said that he overthrows a lot... This was after watching him at a camp...

He said a redshirt year would be the best option...

That is why I posted what I did.... cause I am not a guru...LOL

He's also an EE. So GDay will be interesting.

He does that in high school. What has he done in college. Not a fricking thing. Comparing the two is silly. He also doesn't play against much talent a. It's real easy to make progressions when you have all day to throw.

I've said many times, could come in and own shite but no recruit has earned and an thing until they step foot on campus.

As for the video itself:
he moves very well in pocket
He throws off his back foot
His deep throws are more prayers To wide open receivers
The defense sucked

Chad Simmons said that season doesn't have much touch. I have no clue if that's accurate or not.

Did you see the first throw? Under pressure, back foot, 45 yard, hits reciever in stride. Dude is a 17 year old high schooler that is amazing. I cant wait to watch him on saturdays then sundays!

Yeah he threw off his back foot and the ball hung in the air forever. An SEC DB should be picking that thing off.

Because he will be redshirting. Because we will have an ingrained starter.

I'd be willing to bet you a lot of money we don't redshirt Eason.

They will try to. When's the last time we had a qb that wasn't redshirted. He may be the "backup", but we've had backups who were redshirted.

The same exact time we've had a QB as highly touted as Eason coming in.

Matthew Stafford.

If Eason, as a high schooler, reads Ds better than the guys we have on campus, we're in a world of hurt this season.

I've been saying that all along. I've been saying this on here for a week now.

As for stafford as a freshman, he wasn't great. 52% completion, 7 TDs and 13 INTs. But he was our best option. Fine. I refuse to believe that all of the qbs we have now will be shitty enough that someone without any experience and little practice, a true freshman can come in and be the guy. At least from the start.
