Actually, I think they broke up but they used to date. And, hey, I fully support our QB if he was tapping that while at UVA. Hell, I knew a few of girls Ramsey banged and if we were judging the competition on that then Lambert won by a mile.

So we really fricked up QB recruiting over the last 4 years, huh?

If Bobo was still here instead of Squat, Lambert would most likely be enrolled at florida, and Ramsey would probably be our starting QB.

This is huge and bold move. All thanks to Coach Squattin-heimer.

Times are changing. And it's actually hard to predict what Richt will do for once....

This reads as largely true to me. I am liking the changes I'm seeing.

Ramsey has consistently shared reps in practice with Lambert.

Go Lambsey!

So Ramsey's a devotee of Uncle Joe Stalin "Quantity has a quality all its own."

1st game of the season you always play your most experienced QB if everything else is equal. And it seems to be.

Lemay didn't turn out to be who we thought.

So yea...pretty much.

I started a thread last night saying Eason will start and was berated by folks saying Richt don't do that. Well by starting a transfer quarterback with a few months of the playbook under his belt he just did which make me believe he will start Eason if he is good enough.

I just looked in that thread, and didnt see any "berating" as you put it, but if GL does well, he is gonna start again next year. Richt aint gonna bench a proven starting QB.

Sure he will. For a better one. It's all about performance. Whoever wins the job wins the job.

It wouldnt even be an open competition to begin with. Richt's never done that with a returning starter at QB.

Played my final high school game against him... We got throttled the boy had a cannon and could run but he was in an offense that did not require him to think. He had one guy he looked to throw to and if it wasn't there he just took off. Also the behavior issues didn't help.

I think this either shows how complicated the system is that Schott has brought in or how Ramsey just can't grasp the offensive playbook and Lambert has a Murray like mind and work mentality.

IMO I'm excited to see how Lambert does with a good team around him vs. UVA. Go Dawgs!!!
