ATHENS — Six days from Georgia’s season opener, Greyson Lambert was working with the first team at quarterback.

Means nothing at the moment, if he's with the ones tomorrow, then we can panic.
Regarding the possibility of Lambert as a starter, not sure I prefer him over Ramsey. Ramsey seems like he's calmer under pressure or more even-keeled. Can't have Lambert throwing a pick six on the game winning drive against Bama.

Seth Emerson's practice report said that he switched with Ramsey later on.

What, from watching Ramsey, gives you the indication that he's not just as liable as Lambert. Give me Lambert and the experience he brings.

I have a feeling Lambert will be our starter this year...strong arm to stretch the field, starting experience...smart fella who's probably a quick study...will be interesting to see the coaching mindset on the final decision...as long as they resolve the turnovers he will probably be a solid game manager...who can throw an occasional deep ball...(gotta keep our opponents somewhat honest)

From the moment this was whispered I thought this was awesome news.
