Grayson Lambert Highlights

Lambert didn't have the talent we needed but he gave us all he had. Too bad so many dumped on him.

We had the short receivers that we had this year, but you noticed his play calling was more conducive to getting them open. No 10 yard stop routes or corners, lots of crossing routes and stuff in the middle of the field where the linebackers had trouble finding them.

Can we send this tape to Chaney?

God my memory is shite. Point stands. That play calling for the SC game was more of what we need to be seeing.

Lambert is an accurate passer but to be such a big guy at 6'5" he doesn't seem to have a strong enough arm to make those deep throws needed to stretch the defense.

He could throw it deep, he was simply scared to do so.
