Hes also one of Kirby's closest coaching buddies in the conference outside of Muschamps.
Not sure how close they could be. They haven't worked together or anything like that.
Muschamp is a different story.

They're golfing bros and text pals. Its crazy.

That's interesting. I knew Kirby was tight with Muschamp, Bobo, Kiffin, Scott Cochran, etc. Never heard that about Freeze.

Media days when they ask all the stupid irrelevant fan boy questions, Kirby got one about who his favorite sec coaching bros are...and he talked about Freeze and golf and how they text each other pics of their golf scorecards to talk shite after a good round. He was swooning over him, man.
It could have been an interview before the ole miss game though. I forget

Cheney leaves for a mid major head coaching job after this season. Freeze comes in as OC and gets Trevor Lawrence to flip.
Back to back NC's 2017 and 2018 and 2019.
The numbers will reveal themselves as this reality approaches. The numbers do not lie.

Or, is it a little more nefarious, and is he using religion as a mask to hide the cheating
Okay, so I was right... just the wrong kind of cheating.

while my religious beliefs have changed, I still attend mass nearly every Sunday.
Why attend if your beliefs have changed? Family obligations?

Hugh Freeze is a phony, this is probably a spec of the corruption going on over there.

CYA, just in case. And those cheese biscuits at Red Lobster afterwards..

Two reasons:
#1 it makes the wife happy
#2 I think there's a lot of wisdom is Jesus' teachings and we can all learn a lot from them, I just don't believe he's the son of god.

People don't have to tell you how Christian they are, how rich they are, how good-looking they are, how smart they are, etc. If they really are any of those things, you'll figure it out.

I mean, I think it's ok to share your faith with someone, but I think on occasion some people use that to prop up themselves, instead of glorifying the person who you're supposed to.

We will have to see what is publicly shared relative to the NCAA investigation and the subsequent sanctions. My guess is Freeze was not directly involved with most of the NCAA violations but he also intentionally did not ask the tough questions to find out how OM was able to suddenly reel in 5 star recruits. Freeze might have been delusional in thinking that these recruits were buying into to his faith based philosophy and indeed they literally were only they were selling instead of buying.

Like someone said on the main SECR thread, if Freeze didn't appoint Jesus himself as his recruiting coordinator, it might be viewed in a different light. Just look at his obnoxious tweets where he prays out loud for the whole Internet...

I have a really tough time believing that he's been unaware of the bagmen in oxford. He may not have delivered the cash but I imagine he had a major part in the coordination.
