I guess I am conflicted. I don't support Trump or any candidate and believe the whole thing is illigitimate and unredeemable. But there are a lot of things to admire about Trump.

Yes, a lot of what he says and believes is terrifying and wrong, but he's also doing a lot of good. Taking on the MSM and the PC police and completely destroying the establishment's plan for a fourth presedential term for House Bush...just to name a few.

In his case, I think Bernie is just a delusional true-believer.

Absolutely this. The quote attributed to Winston Churchill comes to mind: Capitalism is the unequal sharing of prosperity. Socialism is the equal sharing of misery. Or something like that.

Jefferson nails it...

Additionally, it is unconstitutional! The "general welfare" clause they keep using to justify wealth redistribution is not what they think it is.

Trump the entertainer was on fire last night. Thoroughly enjoyed watching Bush squirm when Trump told him his mom should be running lol. It was approaching WWF status there for a while. Jeff, you're right , up is down, black is white. I never thought I'd see the day that a front running republican candidate would call the Bush administration liars and point out that 9/11 was not an example of "keeping us safe".

Although fun to watch, IMO, and I'm biased like the rest of us, but if the pubs want to actually win the election, I see Cassick as they're best option. He's the only one that seems reasonable to me. Otherwise, get ready for Hilary. I'm a middle of the road guy. I did my taxes yesterday and I'm feeling the bern right now. I have no interest in paying any more. But if they want my vote they better clear the deck of the crazies.

"Bern" is about as far from the "middle" as you can get.

That shite was incredible! Forget ideology and everything else and you have to admire what Trump did last night.

That shite was so shamelessly rigged from the start with a fake audience brought in to shout Trump down and boo his every word while having fake orgasms over every one of Rubio's words, but Trump did not back down. No. HE frickING DOUBLED DOWN!! Tripled down actually. Unbelievable..

It was like a bar fight with Trump against the entire bar. People sneaking up from all angles trying to throw sucker punches or break chairs over his head, and he just systematically ripped each of their spines out one by one. And did a mic drop on the way out with all their bodies on the floor. At one point he even took on the audience!

This is historic shite going on. The GOP is dying before our very eyes..Good riddance.

It was awesome. I saw him on the Sunday morning shows this morning bashing W for his economic collapse too. I'm amazed. Trump may or may not be conservative, but he's no republican lol

It's freakin beyond ignorance to put the the bank/economic collapse
on W.Yea.I know it fits your little narrative but if you took any amount of time to study
what Christopher Dodd or Barney Frank did to insure these toxic loans and continue to play
a shell game with what was going on who was guaranteeing these funds you'd know
EXACTLY who was to blame.

I'm aware W is not the only one to blame. It's never that simple. Dems played their role in the collapse as well. I know placing all blame for everything wrong in the world on "the other side" fits your little narrative but if you can't blame an economic catastrophe in the 8th year of a second term presidency, on the president, then who can you blame? Time to wake up.

It's honestly not going to hurt my feelings at all to place the blame where it lies...and A LOT of very smart people never saw the collapse coming. And a lot of greedy arse people caused it from all sides of the political spectrum. And the ball started rolling in that direction while Clinton was in office, I am aware of that.

But I remember watching the houses in my neighborhood go up 10-20% in value every year for 5 years and thinking, "our homes are not worth this much. This is not sustainable". Every day I had people calling me telling me to refi my house and cash out, payoff car and student loans, no appraisal or docs needed! Interest only loans! Again, anyone with a brain knew that was fishy and not financially smart. No, I didn't know WHEN the collapse would happen, and I certainly didn't know the intricacies of HOW it was all being done behind the scenes, but I knew it was a bubble as did a lot of other people.

My point is, W was the executive running this country and that collapse happened 8 years in to his presidency. He owns it. Just how it is. It doesn't matter that it wasn't 100% or even 50% "his fault"..:.he owns it. Sorry.

Does Waynesboro have some good bird hunting. Read the article and the sign says bird dog capitol of the world but wondering if they have an abundance of quail and doves?

The "Bird Dog Capital" thing comes from the field trials that are held there every year. It's a pretty big deal with a long history.
