Glazer stated yesterday Kelly would be one of three candidates that will be interviewed to take over for Shanahan, surely Quinnn will go in a different direction i would hope.

Chip Kelly sucks and he always will suck. Quinn isn't that stupid.

Chip Kelly is a pretty good OC and playcaller. He's just not a pro HC material. I don't want him either, but give him credit where it is due.

Don't understand the hate for Kelly. The man clearly knows offense.

The only reason I wouldn't want him is if we could get a direct Shanahan disciple that will run the same system.

If not, why not Kelly if we're changing systems anyway? He's a good offensive mind, he just sucks at personnel decisions.

His playcalling and formations were so predictable that defensive players were calling out Philadelphia's plays as soon as they lined up.

Chip Kelly is a quick two-time reject from two NFL teams. Kelly's biggest failings relate to the human equation. Player decisions and player relations have been disastrous.

Kelly would be like a fart in a spacesuit.

I feel like throwing up. He is a fail in the NFL. Let's not be number 3.

Chip Kelly knows how to run an offense. I'm not saying I want him to be the new OC, but just because he has failed as a HC doesn't mean he doesn't know how to successful as OC.

Also, in his first year (2013) he turned a 4-12 team into a 10-6 division champion. He had the number 4 scoring offense in the league.

In 2014, he finished 10-6 after losing his starting QB, Nick Foles. He had the number 3 scoring offense in the league.

The guy can coach an offense.

So you really want to hire a guy that aspires only to be a hc? At best he's here for 2 years, probably 1 until some college or NFL team gets desperate.

Hasn't he already answered his own question of "can he do it?" I kinda think the HC thing is gone for him. You hire a young guy, and he's definitely going to bolt ASAP, a la Shannahan.

There's job openings all over the NFL. There's a reason no one is interested in him
