Nothing is a given and we are playing at their house. I suspect UGA will be greatly improved, but as a life long UGA fan, I now have the approach of I will believe it win I see it. Still pissed about wasting most of the past 15 years while everyone else around us including our little brother Clemson got it done.

ESPN knob slobbering will continue until Irish go "all in" and the NBC deal becomes an ESPN one. May not happen today or tomorrow but if sometime in the future Irish go ESPN I would not be shocked?

I don't know exact figures, but ND is undoubtedly a big business for NBC and they won't just let ESPN have them. NBC hires announcers solely to call ND games.

ND has done very little the past 10 years or more. They played for a NC, but were blown out. Give them a couple more 4 win seasons and bot NBC and ESPN will forget about trying to sign an exclusive contract with them. I can't imagine NBC is happy with their deal.

ND will be a top 15 team in the preseason, just like every year. Media darlings

There's not a single legit preseason ranking that will have ND ranked, let alone in the top 15.

They might move up to being ranked if they beat us though.
