How would we face sanctions if all of the action was on the athlete's part?

Some have said that rule has changed, so we wouldn't get a 2ndary.

Because as dumb as it sounds, if he goes elsewhere, we get a secondary violation. However, it's usually a suspension from recruiting of the coach who contacted him. It's one of the dumbest rules out there. Happened a couple of times over the last 2 years. It's trying to prevent everyone from signing FA papers with every school and getting them all unlimited visits. It's fricking stupid
