And underthrows.

He's a gamer, but he is erratic. Hopefully, that part gets better with experience.

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then.

Eason still is not accurate with throws. He hit Bauta on an anticipation pass late in the game. That was a new experience for him. He tends to wait for the receiver to get open before he throws. The defense at the college level is too quick for that.

He has looked much more poised and comfortable in those 2 minute spots than he does at any other point in the game. He's our Matty Ice.

Makes you wonder where that is the rest of the game. Thinking too much?

Why don't you footnote this. You say this like it's your own. It's all Jesse Palmer talked about tonight. Thanks for the news flash.

Gotta say that Eason needs more plays called earlier on to get him going. He has to hand it off twice and then make a perfect throw for a 3rd and long conversion to receivers that are just as likely to drop it as catch it. He needs experience but he also needs his offense to step up and help him out. He's going to make some bad throws, so his receivers need to catch the ball when he throws it well.

Y'all think he either throws too hard early , or the receivers have no focus out of the gate.

Or

The receivers finally focus late or Eason has more touch late.

Kid is clutch. Ice water in his veins. He just has to find a little touch on the ball. GoFundMe for George Whitfield quality time in the off-season?

I've been saying that since the opening game. Palmer must read this board?

YOU DON'T SAY!?! It's almost like I also noted that things would hopefully improve with experience.
