Date and time subject to change. 4PM means they can save money by turning off all the lights and opening up a bunch of windows for light and AC. But if it rains, 4AM allows them to use the last glints of moonlight and everyone can just bundle up if they want to come. So some are saying that when Richt said that he had a plan to deal with the loss of Bobo the plan was to get the hell out of dodge.
