First off I know that nothing will be done until after the season but everyone knows that something needs to be changed at OC and OL coach. On the way back after the game from Athens to Augusta I called into the post game show "Dawg Talk." I suggested that we needed a change on the offense side of the ball. Of course they gave the "homer" answer that nothing will not be done until after the season. The guy that I like is Tyson Helton OC from Western Kentucky.

Western Kentucky (9-2) has a top 10 offense and #4 passer in the nation. Also, they put up over 400 yards on LSU. He makes $135,000 per year and has a history of developing good QBs. Bring this guy in with Jacob Eason and the Dawgs could have something special in the future. Richt show some balls and make a change!

to be fair, everyone knew willie's time was over yet we still gave the same PC talk during the season, then 2 days after the tech game (a huge win at that) martinez and jancek were both fired.

I'm not saying what will or won't happen...just saying that richt's MO has always been not to do stuff like that during the season. And I mean, we're about to play tech this weekend, do you really expect him to publicly say "oh yeah, that guy's a goner. He can't leave soon enough"?

Shhh. He is an "Air Raid" guy. As in "Mike Leach". You'll be crucified for suggesting that offense.

Richt's MO is to hold on to coordinators an extra 3 years after they should have been fired.

Yep,

I gave a myriad of reasons why the game had passed UGA by and that we needed to change and that Lincoln Riley would be at the top of my list before Oklahoma snatched him up and was laughed off the board.

1...He isn't pro style
2...He is air raid/spread
3...Doesn't fit our personnel

Etc etc etc

Well frick yall, his team is 10-1 and they can actually score points. frick pro style if it sucks this much dick. Oklahoma also had a star running back and guess what.....they make it work.

I will very surprised if Richt fires Shotty after one season. More likely, Mark will work with Shottenheimer to get him up to speed on Richt's offense and methods for coaching up young quarterbacks. Now if Brian wants to do things his own way and is receptive to input from CMR, then yea, Mark might have to diplomatically give Squattenheimer his walking papers.

Much like it's Saban's D at Bama, it's Brohm's O at WKU.

Those days are gone. No way you ever see a scenerio like CWM again. 50/50 Schotty is gone after this season.

After Schnotty craps his pants against tech, as he has all season, there will be blood in the water. Risk/Reward?

We could be the worst ten win team in history. Thankfully, we don't have to worry about another Bama beat down.

Our best outcome would be cut Schotty and Sale - and replace them with good coaches who are left hanging from some of these HC changes.....and Pruitt is convinced to stay.

Without a doubt, although I doubt Sale goes anywhere.

Best outcome isn't another bandaid hire, it's firing the entire staff.

Except maybe our lord and savior at DC

Perhaps, but you bring Helton in, and he's bringing the Air Raid with him...

Really? How many times have you said this? Do you actually think you're convincing anyone about CMR when you beat the same dead horse over and over and over again?

I meant best case other than a total overhaul and Gruden as HC.

I have no faith in the admin to compete with these other schools and make a home run HC hire. Also Pruitt isn't staying if everyone else goes...unless he's the new HC and we don't need another learn on the job HC.

Has that O worked at any school like UGA? Kentucky and TT are the two best examples I can think of

Oklahoma, etc.

OU won the NC in 2000 utilizing Leach's Air Raid.

Complete 2015 list?

Right on the money. Both coordinators and Richt will be back unless Pruitt decides to ply his trade with a program more attune to winning at the highest level.
