Down field. If all else goes well he will be the NFL #1 draft pick. Kid has serious tools and a fast release.

The clips from the Army practice are up and he is killing it down field.

Looks like a few of those passes were underthrown and the receiver had to slow down and wait for the ball. A year with a good QB coach might fix that. Wish we had Bobo back.

Yea I saw a few the WR had to wait for but some of those passes were pin point. And u can clearly see the talent

Yep, some of his passes in that video were wobbly or tailed a bit but over all you can see the arm strength and accuracy. But what separates the NFL class QB's from the rest is how well they can read defenses and throw under pressure. It will be interesting to see how well Eason develops leading up to next season.

you'd figure with two dudes posting on the same handle, Lewis and Herschel, one of them could have linked it.

Yeah he looks like he has a lot of raw talent but better than Ramsey and Lambert.

I've seen what Ramsey and Lambert have to offer. I'm ready for Eason to put on the pads and sling some footballs between the hedges.

Mason and Lambert showed that without the threat of the deep ball, you have to rely heavily on the run and pray that your best back(s) don't get injured or else the offense becomes ineffective and places too much stress on the defense.

Mason was more than serviceable when he played. He didn't have as strong of an arm as Lambert but he was a lot more accurate and his fundamentals and pocket feel were much better. I think if we'd been able to keep him an extra year this team would have beaten both UF and UT.

Not sure about this one. He was Mr. Intentional Grounding.

He was definitely head and shoulders above where Lambert was but his lack of deep throws still put the offense in a tough spot. Chubb took the reins from Gurley and we were better than we should have been, but a pro-style offense really needs someone who can set up the play-action pass, which isn't a pass that we pick up 5 yards at a time. We need a QB who can gun it, and Eason definitely has the arm.
