Don't get TOO excited, as there really isn't much to behold. I just thought it was kinda neat.

That looks like the old indoor quarter-field. I don't think that's the beginning of the new IPF. They are tearing stuff out in that picture, not building something new.

Correct. First steps will be to demolish that multi milion dollar structure that just went up 4 years ago and then to dig 12 feet into the ground whilst also rerouting all utilities that run under the upper fields (there are quite a few). Once all of that occurs, then they can begin laying the foundation and starting the physical construction

they have to tear down the MPR before they can start constructing the ipf.
